Wedding Planner Contact Us Message

Instead of: “Thank you for taking the time to contact us! We usually answer your inquiry within 24 hours. Unless it’s over the weekend, because we may be at a wedding and will contact you on Monday.”

Try: “Every day I wake up excited to come to work and plan wedding masterpieces. I can’t wait to discover exactly what you want for your wedding day. If you would like to speak to me immediately, please text me at 800-555-1234 so there is no delay. Otherwise, I will contact you just as soon as I wrap up the wedding I am currently working on ”

On Your Website

After perusing many wedding planner websites, I noticed a lack of specificity when identifying their services. All aspects are vague. The bride might be wondering, “Does that include booking our honeymoon night, picking out the wedding dress and following up on MIA RSVPs?”

Instead of: “At Wedding Planners R Us, we specialize in designing, creating and managing all aspects of your dream day.”

Try: “At Wedding Planners R Us, we are specialists in décor, rentals and installation, wedding vendor selection, planning, and contract negotiations. The only thing we won’t do is tell your mother-in-law not to wear white.”
