Alan Berg

With over 25 years experience in sales and marketing, 16 in wedding-related advertising, Alan Berg is uniquely qualified to help local wedding vendors achieve their goals. Beginning his career at the Young & Rubicam Ad Agency, Alan spent many years utilizing his combined Marketing/Accounting Degree in various companies, large and small. He was Publisher of the Hudson Valley, NY, and New Jersey editions of WEDDINGPAGES magazines before joining The Knot as a Regional Sales Director. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2003, managing a local sales team of over 50 reps across the country.

Ash Buckles

With over 16 years in the wedding advertising industry, Ash Buckles has been involved in every aspect of the industry from publishing wedding magazines to producing wedding shows and developing websites for over 200 wedding companies. Educated in Information Systems and Business Management, he has helped thousands of wedding professionals become more efficient in their marketing to brides-to-be through the use of technology. He currently writes several blogs and manages all aspects of BridesClub.com including system administration, design, programming, database design, search optimization, and email marketing to over 150,000 brides daily.

Timothy Chi

Timothy first developed the concept of WeddingWire shortly after getting married in 2005. As an experienced entrepreneur, Timothy sought out to assemble a team and build a technology that would help both engaged couples and vendors in the wedding industry. Prior to co-founding WeddingWire, Timothy co-founded Blackboard Inc (Nasdaq: BBBB) in 1998. While at Blackboard, Timothy pioneered many of Blackboard's products and strategic initiatives, helping the company grow to over 600 employees and a valuation of over $750 Million.

Sonny Ganguly
Chief Marketing Officer, Wedding Wire.com

Sonny leads WeddingWire's marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and business development. Prior to joining WeddingWire, Sonny was in a management program at Wal-Mart where he led marketing, sales, and retail strategy development. Before this experience, Sonny spent four years at Kraft Foods where he managed numerous consumer brands, including the JELL-O business with P&L responsibility for over $800 Million. During his tenure, his brands' reached record volume, revenue, and profitability levels. Sonny has structured partnerships with companies such as NBC, MTV, Conde Nast (Modern Bride and Brides magazines), Mattel, Universal, Dole, Reynolds, Costco, and Safeway.

Will Hegarty
Chancellor, Wedding Merchants Business Academy

Will began as a wedding photographer at the age of 15. He earned his degree in Business Management, started Images Wedding Photography, and sold it. He is the founding president of Rockford Fosgate car audio, which went public. Will & his wife Patti met at a wedding, where he was the photographer and she was a bridesmaid. Patti has her Masters in Education. They organized their first bridal show in 1992 with 28 exhibitors. In 2006, their two shows each had over 600 exhibitors, the largest in America.

David Katz
Advertising Director, Conde Nast: Brides, Modern Bride, Elegant Bride

David Katz has been with Conde Nast Bridal Media for 3 ˝ years and has been actively involved in bridal marketing for a total of 8 years. Prior to Conde Nast, David oversaw the Advertising Departments of New Jersey Monthly and New Jersey Bride. Currently, David oversees 16 local bridal magazines as well as the local areas of Brides.com and the advertising that runs within both. An 18 year publishing professional, David’s expertise primarily rests within the local/regional marketing arena where maintaining continuous direct client/customer contact is considered essential to building mutually beneficial, long-term relationships.

LoveLynn Jensen

Lovelynn Jensen is a wedding and event planner in Tampa, Florida and was Technical Adviser to The Wedding Crashers movie. She served as Co-Director of the Association of Bridal Consultants Central Florida West. Lovelynn creates vintage-styled events and teaches Assocition of Bridal Consultants seminars throughout the country. Lovelynn is also the Director of the historic RITZ Ybor, a newly-restored theatre that is now a wedding venue. She has written many articles and been featured in local and national magazines and newspapers.

Peter Merry

Peter Merry has been entertaining at Wedding Receptions since 1992. He owns Merry Weddings and lives in Southern California with his wife, Lisa. He served nationally as the ADJA (American Disc Jockey Association) President in 2003 & 2004, and has been a featured speaker for various professional associations and conferences across the United States. Peter describes himself as a “Wedding Entertainment Director™" and he is very passionate about helping couples create unforgettably fun celebrations.

Ann Nola
President, Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants

Ann has over 35 years of experience in the Special Event and Wedding Industries. She is nationally recognized as a Certified Meeting Planner and Certified Wedding Consultant. Ann has directed non-profit Oganization events and produced bridal shows for over fifteen years. She served as Editor of a local bridal magazine, and founded a school for Wedding Consultants. Her awards include: the Sterling Who's Who Award, Honored Member of the Manchester Who's Who Registry, the International Directory of Distinquished Leadership, and the 1990 Commemoration Medal of Honor awarded by the American Biographical Institute.

Erv & Deb Sadowski
President & Secretary, Premier Bride magazine

Erv & Debra Sadowski lead the Premier Bride publications, serving brides in 28 markets. Both Erv and Deb have extensive sales backgrounds, totaling over 50 years of face-to-face sales. Erv gained his experience through numerous professional sales courses and training with Fortune 100 companies such as Johnson & Johnson. Deb received her sales training at Dun & Bradstreet and Dale Carnegie. She was also in medical sales, where she was top salesperson for 10 years.

Harmony Walton

Born and raised in San Diego, Harmony graduated from UCLA at the age of twenty. With a background in public relations, at twenty-three she was named Contributing Editor of Inside Weddings Magazine. It was at this point in her young career that she realized something was missing in world of wedding planning. She developed her vision and founded The Bridal Bar, an interactive wedding library to assist brides and event planners with the daunting task of planning a dream wedding. From Tom & Katie’s photographer to Will & Jada’s florist, The Bridal Bar has the best of the best in event resources all within the convenience of one inviting location. Since its inception, The Bridal Bar has grown steadily in popularity, recently expanding to storefronts in cities beyond the Los Angeles flagship.
